Four Hands Policy on Returns / Exchanges and Damaged Products
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We understand that, occasionally, you may need to return or exchange merchandise, and we are happy to consider your request. However, it is our expectation that the items being returned or exchanged will be in a condition that allows Four Hands to resell these products. Should you choose to return/exchange your product(s), a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of the item being received by you. To acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number, visit fourhands.com and file a claim. All items returned will be issued a credit memo, which can be applied on future orders.
All returned or exchanged product must have this RMA number clearly noted on every carton. Items received without an RMA number will be refused. Customers are responsible for arranging for return freight. All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. No COD shipments are accepted. Freight charges on the initial shipment are nonrefundable. We do not accept international returns.
Items must arrive at our warehouse in original new condition and in their original packaging. You may open and inspect an item, however they must be repackaged as originally sent, including all hardware and instructions. A restocking fee of 20% of the invoice price will be charged for all returns.
This policy applies to products purchased directly from Four Hands. For all purchases not made directly from Four Hands, please check the return policy of the merchant from whom you purchased your product.
All sales are final on Discontinued and Sale items. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
