AUSTIN, TEXAS (June 29, 2022) – Four Hands, the leading furnisher of home style, announces the newest category to its product portfolio: Luxury Games, introducing several game tables and tabletop games to the interior designer and retailer markets. The collection currently comprises seven games, with more to come, all specially made by skilled artisans from premium, responsibly sourced wood bringing one-of-a-kind pieces to market.
“We’re excited to launch this new collection, which combines beautiful design and unique materials,” said Adam Dunn, VP of Design for Four Hands. “At the core of this collection is quality–each game is handmade by a skilled artisan who has been practicing his or her craft for years, or even generations. It’s a perfect representation of the Four Hands brand, and our promise to elevate the style of today’s spaces.”
To develop these unique games Four Hands partnered with a family-run factory in Mexico that has been creating hand-crafted products for more than 30 years. Each one-of-a-kind piece has been crafted from thoughtfully sourced materials–including hand-finished Mexican oak and exotic Guanacaste–along with oxidized metal. The metal is aged through a month-long process using natural elements including sunlight and rain to create distinct, weathered finishes with beautiful highs and lows throughout.
Maximizing use of materials, Four Hands aims for zero waste in the production of Luxury Games. For example, the new Tic Tac Toe game is carved from the interior of the Four Hands Live Edge Bowl to utilize all parts of a naturally fallen tree and minimize waste.
Interior designers and retailers can order Luxury Games through Marketplace, the Four Hands trade channel. Consumers can order the products through Sage Interiors + Design.
