Read on for Four Hands Experiential Marketing Lead and resident mixologist Mallory’s perfect warm-weather concoction for summer’s dog days, the Coconut Kick.
THE COCONUT KICK
1 oz. Coconut Milk
1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 ½ oz. Flor de Cana Rum
½ oz. Spicy Ancho Reyes Liqueur
1-2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 ½ oz. Fresh Lime
In a large shaker, combine rum, pineapple juice, liqueur and fresh lime, and shake until frothy. Pour over ice.
Top with coconut milk and bitters. Garnish with edible flowers and/or wedge or fresh lime.
