Get in Line: Las Vegas Winter Market Trends
When it comes to furniture, line symmetry and repetition have a special way of drawing the eye in, and keeping it moving. From shape-driven detailing to linear looks, the styles soon launching at Winter Market strike beautiful balance between form and scale. Soft curves are meeting angular edge, with weighty materials tempered by open, airy bases and simple-but-sophisticated black finishes. Preview some of the new, Market-bound designs below. Then, shop all intros in our Vegas showroom through January 30.
A delicate design with major presence. The Aerin Sofa’s super-slim black-finished metal base cradles generous feather-blend cushion seating, with crisp track arms and a subtly curved back.
Crafted from spice-colored oak, the Rohde Coffee Table features a tambour pattern, with linear wooden strips and flexible backing. A sliding side door with finger pulls adds both storage and mid-century-reminiscent novelty, while angular black iron framing adds lightness to the whole look.
Evocative of Hollywood Regency glamour, cabinetry of aged brass-finished iron is etched with a striking sunburst pattern, ushering a look of subtle glam to the Sunburst Bar Cabinet.
Side reeding lends texture to the rounded Jolene Outdoor Coffee Table of ribbed concrete, while low, black steel framing spurs an intriguing juxtaposition of scale.
Luxe materials, retro vibes. Characterized by its curved frame, top-grain leather-covered foam cushion seating features deep channeling for total comfort. Finished in gunmetal, splayed back legs add an architectural-inspired finishing touch to the Leonor Chair.
Taking a page from modern architecture, the Violet Cabinet’s industrial-spirited iron features offset door panes, fluted glass for a ribbed, linear look, and ring-pull hardware for a detailed finishing touch.
Wide, vertical channels and low styling speak to the Italian influence behind the outdoor-friendly Gwen Sectional.
A clever solution for smaller spaces, the Poppy End Tables’ layers of ribbed glass are designed to slide together or apart with ease.
The Waldon Dining Chair’s angular framing features a mix of bronze-finished metal and solid rubberwood, for a forward-thinking feel. Textural linen-blend seating adopts an invitingly neutral grey hue to move freely between spaces and styles.
A simple, industrial-spun take on everyday dining, with slim, gunmetal-finished iron legs supporting the Clifton Dining Table’s rounded tabletop of light-brushed parawood.
Art and function, fused. Finished in a matte black, slim iron intersects to create an eye-catching pattern that doubles as art, while the Crossin Coat Rack’s 16 hooks are ready to hang jackets, handbags and hats.
Modern minimalism at its finest. The Durant End Table’s squared, inset tabletop of beautifully textured white marble is supported by slim, satin black-finished iron framing.
With soft drum shaping and inset top inspired by classic jewelry setting, gold Guanacaste forms a beautifully sculpted silhouette, with natural high and lowlights coursing the entirety of the Lunas Coffee Table.
A slim grey-finished frame brings balanced footing to the Grace End Table’s elegant shaping, with a classic demilune bottom of polished white marble and top of smoke-grey glass.
A shape-driven rendering by New York-based artist Kimmy Quillin, printed on ultra-cotton canvas and float-mounted under protective acrylic glazing. Any Way You Want It is handmade in Austin, Texas.
Sultry sophistication. Finished in a brushed slate, iron framing curves to support the velvety Bettie Chair, with top-grain leather detailing for a luxe look.
