Procurement Specialist, Austin, TX

• Collecting and maintaining product compliance information
• Managing ongoing compliance with C-TPAT regulations and guidelines
• Purchase order management which includes, entering purchase orders into Four Hands accounting software, issuing purchase orders to vendors, managing the purchase order revision process, and measuring and reporting to senior management current vendor and product performance
• The planning and forecasting of 2000 skus to most effectively maximize inventory ROI

• Bachelors Degree preferred with 4 years experience in corporate procurement environment
• CSCP or CPIM certified
• Working knowledge and strong experience maintaining C-TPAT compliant supply chain
• Strong commitment to accuracy, detail oriented
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables) and Outlook
