Customer Support Specialist
Requirements
- Supports customer and sales team with maintenance/customer service/sales support and administration of accounts assigned, including monitoring open orders
- Expected to have a fundamental understanding of all customers for the accounts assigned
- Send out samples/swatches & catalogues as requested
- Establishing and acquiring payment for each order processed prior to shipment as needed
Skills / Talents Required
- Must have a true passion for exceptional customer service skills internally and externally
- Thrive working in a team environment
- Must have a solid working knowledge in Microsoft Office with a strong focus in Outlook (i.e. calendar, scheduling emails etc.)
- Excel is a must
- Meticulous and organized
- Strong phone etiquette
- Ability to learn quickly and juggle multiple tasks at once
- High School Diploma Required (Bachelors Degree Preferred)
