Customer Support Specialist

Requirements
  • Supports customer and sales team with maintenance/customer service/sales support and administration of accounts assigned, including monitoring open orders
  • Expected to have a fundamental understanding of all customers for the accounts assigned
  • Send out samples/swatches & catalogues as requested
  • Establishing and acquiring payment for each order processed prior to shipment as needed

Skills / Talents Required

  • Must have a true passion for exceptional customer service skills internally and externally
  • Thrive working in a team environment
  • Must have a solid working knowledge in Microsoft Office with a strong focus in Outlook (i.e. calendar, scheduling emails etc.)
  • Excel is a must
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Ability to learn quickly and juggle multiple tasks at once
  • High School Diploma Required (Bachelors Degree Preferred)
