This position is expected to partner with Account Executives to achieve maximum results from all customer relationships. A strong candidate will be a team oriented self-starter that wants to help us achieve the next level. This position requires an individual who has the desire and drive to fully own their role and responsibilities in the company. The Sales Support Specialist will report to the Sales Support Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with Account Executives to achieve maximum results from all customer relationships
  • Determine customer service requirements by maintaining consistent contact with customers and Account Executives; analyzing information and providing solutions
  • Maintain and improve customer-service quality; by resolving problems, identifying customer service trends, determining system improvements, implementing change
  • Maximize customer operational performance by providing resources and technical advice
  • Improve customer service quality by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes
  • Coordinate customer needs by communicating with all departments within the company to achieve results
  • Coordinate new product implementation; presentations, training materials, and product information
  • Maintain and nurture strategic relationships
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree (BA) preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently and stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to make decisions and work independently
  • Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
