Sales Operations Specialist

Four Hands is looking to hire a Sales Operations Specialist to be responsible for the implementation of improved processes for order management and fulfillment systems.  This includes but is not limited to e-commerce, drop-ship, flash sale events, electronic data interchange (EDI), B to B electronic shopping cart and other order management processes.  This role is chartered with helping develop strategic and tactical initiatives that help the business achieve streamlined processes. 
 
This position is intended to develop and implement tactical projects to deliver company objectives of scalable order management practices.  This role will work in a cross functional environment to insure all facets of implementation are completed.  A strong candidate is expected to work with limited supervision, using independent judgment on key tactical process improvements.   The primary responsibility is to take arcane business processes and streamline them, removing redundancies and increasing automation, therefore improving quality and productivity.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee E-commerce and Flash Sale order management, fulfillment, and process improvement
  • Manage EDI onboarding and compliance, including full-scale EDI implementation across broad customer categories
  • Drive and participate in cross-functional projects as needed to improve Sales Operations processes
  • Drive efficiency in the order management process by the automation of the  “Order to Cash” process
  • Develop Customer Service/Claims order fulfillment processes
  • Work with other functions to improve Customer Master processes
  • Oversee the maintenance and publication of customer-specific requirements through order fulfillment and compliance
  • Document Sales Operations business processes
  • Conduct Sales Operations training for team members
  • Other tasks as defined by Management
 
REQUIREMENTS
  •  Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of EDI experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently and stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to make decisions and work independently
  • Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
